Hello summertime☀️ It’s time for our monthly product update on the Talbit app.

In the June update, we’ve focused on improving the existing features, fixing bugs and improving the Talbit UX based on your feedback.

We’ve added a Notification Center, where you can see all important and latest notifications, like upcoming goal or milestone deadlines, received feedback and feedback requests and so on.

One requested improvement has been the Change History for Objectives and Key Results. This feature is now implemented in the latest update. You can now easily view, who and what has modified within OKRs. We’ve also updated the design of the Key Results to include a detail view with all the relevant information to make the design more streamlined and reduce visual overload. And we’ve added the ability to create reduction KRs, so now the target value of the KR can be smaller than the initial value.

Another requested improvement has been settings for the reminder emails sent by Talbit. In this update, we’ve added the ability to change the interval of the mails sent or disable them completely. Check your Talbit settings to change the email frequency.  

There are also improvements to the reporting functionalities. You can now get a detailed list of people who haven’t got an active development sprint and the names of those whose 1on1s have been held or not held.

In addition to these features and improvements, there is a ton of UX fixes and smaller improvements throughout the app. We thank everyone, who has given us feedback and reported bugs 🙏
