Hello Talbitters and everyone, April is finally here, and things are looking bright! ☀️

As usual, we have been working hard on Talbit’s newest version – fixing all those bugs and improving the existing features and the Talbit user experience.

We’ve also added a new, most requested feature – a better reporting view for the team and company dashboards. This new feature complements nicely features (like the OKRs) we’ve built so far.

We listened to your feedback on reporting needs and now with the improved dashboard, it’s much easier to see completion and the structure of your OKRs, view the status of 1on1s – how many of them have been actually held versus not held. There is also a skills view and from that view you can track the skills being developed on the whole company level and on a team level. You can even view the individual goals the skills are linked to.
