We are announcing the arrival of a new member to our team at Talbit. Pablo Ortega Van Giel has been with us for one week, but he has already made a highlight. Pablo comes from Chile, and he will be with us for six weeks. Pablo brings to our team expertise in business development and many fresh ideas. Welcome to the Talbit family, Pablo!

1. Who are you, and what do you do at Talbit?

I’m Pablo. At Talbit, I’m responsible for helping with its business strategy and business controlling activities; and a little bit of everything. I’m passionate about business development, change management, and helping organizations grow; I believe the most critical asset in any company is its people, and their development is the way to customer success.

2. Why did you join Talbit?

I saw in Talbit a fantastic platform for making companies grow through people’s development and how Talbit’s value proposition can contribute to a holistic approach to value creation. I also see in Talbit a possibility to learn about People’s Development and how an exciting product is being built in a Start-Up environment.

3. Hobbies and Interests?

I love playing and creating music; I like all genres of music with a particular interest in Progressive Metal and Classical Music. Recently, I started fishing and biking, enjoying the beautiful nature around. I am interested in traveling and reading about business, economy, society, and history.

I like to write music, but I’m not yet sharing them with anyone... maybe one day.
