Many of you may have heard about Talbit Beyond and that it is 2.0, the new version of Talbit – helping you take your employee-driven development to the next level. I would like to share you 3 reasons, why we created Talbit Beyond.
First, the user experience and flow needed an update. At this point, we want to thank all of you Talbitters, who so kindly gave us beneficial feedback on what works and what doesn’t, what is easy to find, and where you struggle when trying to enter new data. Without you, we wouldn’t be here! No more pulldown lists, no more navigating one way on this screen and another way in the next. All navigation will be done from the left-hand sidebar.
Second, many of you wanted to collect feedback in a more diverse way, not only attached to a given milestone that you had just completed. A manager wanted to learn more about leadership skills by sending out a short feedback survey. That is now possible. The Feedback functionality is an independent one, offering a variety of features such as linking the feedback to a skill or milestone and sending it to a person, team, or the whole organization. The latter offers you as an organization an easy way to collect your eNPS on a continuous basis. Pretty sweet, isn’t it!
Last but not least, we wanted to support all of you team leads, coaches, and managers in carrying out more frequent and meaningful conversations. This is done through the scheduled 1-on-1 process, which gives you a good basis for the conversation but also an opportunity to carry it out without opening your laptop. We know a lot of the chats are carried out virtually, and laptops are needed, but you get the point. 😉
So, the updated UX, diverse feedback, and scheduled 1-on-1 are the most substantial differences. But trust me, we didn’t leave it to that.
