As some of you might have noticed already, Talbit got an update recently. Here's a summary of what's new!
We've been making lots of improvements recently regarding the purpose of skills on our platform. A lot is still underway, but here is something many of you were expecting: you can now track which skills are being developed by the employees in your organization.
When you go to your dashboard and click the company-icon on the left sidebar, you will see your company-level dashboard. Here you will now find a section titled 'skills under development'. All the skills linked to ongoing goals of your employees are listed here.
Since Talbit is a personal development tool, not a task manager, we had been frustrated with the word 'task' for some time.
You will now be breaking your goals down to 'milestones' instead of tasks. Doesn't it have a much better ring to it?
By far the most recommended tool by our mentors, colleagues and startup contacts has been Intercom. Essentially, it is a tool that helps us improve the dialogue between you and our team.
When you log in the Talbit app, you will see the above messenger icon in the lower right corner of every page. If you have a question or need help with something, just hit us up through the messenger!
Intercom will also e.g. help new users by giving a product tour, and suggest articles to solve the most common issues among the Talbit users.
