People of Talbit: Aleksi Meldo, Founder & Head of Product and Marketing

Next up in the People of Talbit blog series where we introduce our team members, is Aleksi, our Head of Product and Marketing.

Who are you and what do you do at Talbit?

I'm Aleksi the Feature Police! I'm responsible for the UX, Design and Front-end of the Talbit Product and I make sure that Talbit looks great and functions well. I also do marketing and growth hacking together with Kaisa and Max.

Why did you found Talbit?

I shared the frustration Kaisa had with the Personal Development process and inefficient 1on1s. I knew this could be turned into a great product.

What are your hobbies or interests?

I love gaming and especially esports. I like watching and playing especially Counter-Strike and other team based games. I also try to be active on the traditional sports and gym.

Can you tell a fun fact about yourself?

I love mint chocolate and Pätkis is my favourite chocobar.

And that was Aleksi's introduction. We’ll continue with the team introductions every now and then, and proceed to introduce all the current team members in the coming weeks. And of course, when new people join the team, we hope to introduce them here as well.
